January 2008 Update
We would like to thank everyone who
came to the farm this Christmas. The season went by so quickly and now Ed and the
crew are into the winter of activities of repairing equipment and thinking up
new activities for next year.
Already, Ed has hauled the chuck wagon into the big barn and has done some
repairs and gave it some new paint. New canvas is on the way and it
looks almost new. His next project is to rebuild the rubber wheeled
horse wagon. It is in need of a major overhaul.
He has been talking about some new mazes
for next fall and one or two new buildings.
All the animals are doing well. We
have a few more cats running around, but it is keeping the mouse population
down around the farm. I noticed that Ed put the sow back in with the
boar, so we should have some baby potbelly pigs in March.
